Ad Monetization Manager (London)

THE JOB

  • responsible for advertising revenue growth, in-game ads monetization
  • build and maintain relationships with our advertising partners
  • operate, analyse and monitor in-game advertising campaigns across all games within our portfolio
  • constantly re-evaluate, anticipate and identify problems, troubleshoot issues
  • manage a large ad inventory
  • keep track of revenue and other significant KPIs
  • work with other Managers to define advertising strategies – how to maximise revenue while balancing the game’s economy, target audience and retention
  • work with Production to optimise advertising across games and platforms
  • work with User Acquisition and Analytics to maximise performance
  • analyse the market and keep informed of best practices, implement them and improve


YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience with ad campaigns and ad networks
  • experience with mobile games advertising, and willingness to learn more
  • experience building a network of partners and keeping in regular contact with them
  • great organisational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentational)
  • analytical skills – a love for numbers
