  • being the point of contact for associates

          -  prioritizing correspondence 

          - reading, monitoring and drafting, or responding to, the CEOs’ correspondence when appropriate

          - screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as needed

  • organising business and personal calendars, planning meetings, dinners, social gatherings and travel alike
  • preparing for meetings

          -  organizing necessary information and documents

          -  briefs on special projects and reporting on them

          -  preparing presentations

  • resolve office-related issues and respond to requests/handling requests and queries appropriately
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • managing ad hoc projects
  • just lending a hand when needed :)


  • 2+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Secretary or similar relevant experience
  • good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Croatian
  • a knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
  • discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
  • organisational skills – the ability to multitask and adapt
  • the ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • tact and diplomacy
