HR Business Partner (m/f)

  • partnering with managers to proactively offer support in all HR areas
  • planning, coordinating and executing all HR activities in given organizational units
  • managing all phases of the whole recruitment and selection process
  • analyzing requirements for open positions
  • creating and posting job ads
  • exploring various sourcing channels
  • screening applications
  • testing and interviewing potential new employees
  • reporting and administration related to HR activities
  • employer branding (planning and organizing, actively participating in all employer branding activities and events)


  • minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • proven experience working with confidential information while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and discretion
  • the ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with stakeholders and with HR colleagues
  • excellent knowledge of the Labour Law
  • fluent in spoken and written English
  • strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular
  • confidence to speak in public (conferences, TV and other media)
