  • leading a team (4) of enthusiastic data analysts
  • working on several projects from our portfolio, analyzing user behavior and recommending strategies to increase the revenue and retention of the users
  • development of predictive models for adapting the game process to the user's experience
  • A/B testing hypotheses, forming conclusions and giving suggestions for optimization based on results obtained
  • reporting results to the management in a clear and understandable way, both in written form and verbally
  • working in cooperation with marketing, production and other teams
  • mentoring the Analytics team on best practices on the market
  • monitoring product KPIs


  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience as a team leader
  • a background in mathematics, physics or a similar technical discipline
  • experience with SQL, R, Python, Tableau
  • a love of numbers and an analytical approach to problem-solving and the world in general
  • comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
  • organizational skills, the ability to set priorities among various tasks
  • a team worker, eager to learn and create fun with us, open to feedback
