We continuously add new functionalities to our games, and it is very important to us that our loyal players are able to have a seamless gaming experience without frustration at all times, which is where you come in!


THE JOB

  • providing player support in English via e-mail, forums and Facebook messenger on a daily basis
  • answering questions about the games, being knowledgeable about all games in our portfolio
  • dealing with purchase issues (in-app purchases)
  • evaluating user feedback and writing reports for the production
  • reporting in-game issues in a timely manner
  • giving feedback on gameplay


YOUR PROFILE

  • high proficiency in English, especially in writing
  • 1-2 years experience working in customer care (or similar jobs)
  • the ability to understand our players, patience for problem solving
  • high level of personal responsibility 
  • ability to organize your time efficiently 
  • resilience to frustration and the ability to self-motivate when faced with repetitive tasks
  • a gamer, or have experience with casual gaming
  • students also welcome! (available for 32+ hours weekly)


BONUS POINTS

  • experience with reporting tools
  • familiar with the process of software testing
