  • managing the entire content development process from creating the internal calendar of social media activity to integrating developed strategies through different social media platforms (primarily Facebook & Instagram)
  • building and nurturing the community around our games and the company by consistently engaging with players on social channels, primarily social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • suggesting and creating innovative digital activities for different social media platforms and building creative assets in collaboration with the graphic designer
  • planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing digital media
  • managing the community management team
  • closely working with the player support team to ensure that external communication is unified and aligned with the current communication style
  • creating content in cooperation with the player support team, Production, Marketing and HR
  • monitoring the effectiveness of social media activity on a daily basis, with regular reporting
  • independent research and keeping up with trends in the industry
  • providing support, information and feedback to players in a friendly and timely manner
  • actively working on the employer branding strategy and suggesting new ideas to attract top talents, in cooperation with HR Team


  • 2+ years of experience in community management/social media field 
  • experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • proactivity and creativity! We are looking for someone whose operating system is thinking outside of the box :)
  • a keen eye for detail and a critical, analytical mind
  • proficiency in English, especially in writing
  • showing initiative, proactively researching various possible advancements and innovations
  • a high level of personal responsibility and dependability
  • organisational skills, the ability to set priorities among various tasks
  • a team worker, eager to learn and create fun with us
  • strong interpersonal communication skills, clarity and concision in expression, presentation skills


  • experience with writing
  • interest in gaming and similar brands
